Shipping & Returns


We 3D print each miniature to order using high-quality resin for exceptional detail and durability. Most orders ship within 5–8 business days, though some models may ship faster depending on current order volume and model complexity. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

All miniatures are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If you need expedited shipping or have special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges


Due to the made-to-order and fragile nature of 3D printed miniatures, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the problem, and we’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

We want you to love your miniatures! If you have any concerns about your order, don’t hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.


Cancellations


Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as printing has not begun. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
