NaH Outpost Return & Refund Policy

NaH Outpost is a one-person small business based in Upstate New York, dedicated to crafting high-quality tabletop miniatures and fantasy-themed gifts. Each item is made to order, with every piece prepared, printed, and finished in-house with direct artistic involvement and care.

Because every item is custom made to order, I do not accept exchanges or offer refunds except in the case of items damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with clear photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
